We reveal the strengths hiding in your team and build AI around them.
Most good teams have one or two people racing ahead with AI while everyone else works around them. We map what each person does best, then connect the whole team to the same AI context, so you move together instead of drifting apart.

The teams winning with AI aren’t the ones with the best users. They’re the ones with shared context.
Two people learn the tools. Their output jumps, and so does the gap between them and everyone else. Decisions get made in one person’s chat window, handovers get harder, and the way your team works together starts to fray.
It isn’t an AI problem. It’s a shared-context problem, and it’s fixable in one session.

Two days after the workshop, Thirst Creative had cut meeting time, freed their team to use AI safely and put their first workflows on autopilot.

“Within two days of the first workshop we’d already started streamlining our meetings, written an AI governance doc and I’d built my first Claude skills to automate workflows.”
Nikki has been instrumental in mapping out my team’s AI adoption strategy with real use cases and easy-to-follow frameworks. I’ve since forecasted about 20% operating cost savings, which we’ll put straight back into improving my team’s output quality.
For teams whose next gain is already inside the building
Strong teams already hold what they need to get further: the judgement, the client knowledge, the shortcuts people have worked out for themselves. Most of it lives in individual heads and never reaches the tools the team uses every day. This is for leaders who want that knowledge working for everyone.
This works best when:
- You lead a company or team of 5 to 50 people
- Performance is strong and you want to keep it that way as AI arrives
- A few people are well ahead on AI and you can feel the gap widening
- You can bring your most senior operator
- Your team’s best thinking is in people’s heads, inboxes and private chat windows
It’s not the right fit if:
- You’re after a tools tutorial
- You want AI to replace people rather than amplify them
From scattered AI use to a team that works as one.
Bring your most senior operator and sit alongside leaders from other high-performing companies.
One workshop · for two
Stop guessing where AI fits in your business
$2,500+ GST, for two people
- Know exactly where AI should and shouldn’t touch your team’s work
- Leave knowing exactly which tasks AI takes on, who owns each one, and what stays with your people.
- See what you and your operator are best at, as seen by the people you work with
- Get AI out of one person’s head.
- Your first three changes, decided before you leave.
- Hear how other strong teams are handling it.
What’s included in detail
- Know exactly where AI should and shouldn’t touch your team’s work, before you spend another dollar or another quarter on tools that don’t stick.
- Leave knowing exactly which tasks AI takes on, who owns each one, and what stays with your people. Brief your team on Monday and start winning back hours that week.
- See what you and your operator are best at, as seen by the people you work with, so AI is aimed at the drudgery, not at the strengths that make your team good.
- Get AI out of one person’s head. Leave with shared ground rules, so decisions and know-how stop living in someone’s private chat window.
- Your first three changes, decided before you leave. For example, cutting a recurring meeting, setting up one shared AI workflow and agreeing your team’s AI rules. Each has an owner and a date, so something actually changes in week one.
- Hear how other strong teams are handling it. Learn what’s working (and what’s wasted money) from leaders in the same room.
Go deeper · six-month program
Make AI stick across your whole team, not just the two people in the room
The workshop gives you the plan. The program makes it happen: we work with you every month for six months to roll it out to everyone, fix what isn’t working and prove the results.
$9,400approx. $1,500 + GST a session
- Close the gap between your early adopters and everyone else
- Every person on your team gets a capability profile
- Your AI architecture kept current as tools and needs change
- Progress you can show the board
- Coaching for your people between sessions
- Keep your best people.
What’s included in detail
- Close the gap between your early adopters and everyone else, so AI lifts the whole team instead of widening the divide.
- Every person on your team gets a capability profile, so each role is redesigned around what that person does best, not a generic job description.
- Your AI architecture kept current as tools and needs change, so you’re never rebuilding from scratch or chasing the latest launch.
- Progress you can show the board: time back, costs saved and output quality, measured against the baseline you set in month one.
- Coaching for your people between sessions, so the cynical and the worried become confident users on their own terms.
- Keep your best people. Protect what they uniquely do and take the load off them, instead of watching them burn out doing everyone’s AI work.

Run by people who run companies this way.
Not a consultancy that read about it, and not engineers who forget there are people in the equation. Two hands-on operators who still do the thinking themselves. No technical jargon, guaranteed. We rebuilt our own team this way first, under real resource constraints, which is why the session starts with your people rather than a tool list.

Nikki founded SeenCulture in 2022 and runs it as an AI native company today: a small team, shared context, AI drafting the work and humans making the calls. Her career before this was in learning and development, which is why the sessions are built around how people actually change, not how tools are demoed.

Simon has made AI work for teams in places that move fast. As AI and Startups Specialist at the Melbourne Entrepreneurial Centre, he helps early-stage companies build AI native from day one and teaches AI to founders and their teams. His focus is the practical middle ground: real gains without leaving anyone behind.
Questions
Who should I bring?
Your most senior operator: the person who’ll make the changes happen day to day. The workshop works best when the person setting direction and the person running the work design it together.
Do we need to be using AI already?
No. Most teams have a mix of heavy users and people who haven’t started. The workshop is designed for exactly that.
Which AI tools do you cover?
We work with the tools your team already uses or is considering. The architecture is about how your team works, not a particular product.
Is it in person or online?
Either. Melbourne teams often prefer in person; online works just as well.
What happens to our profile data?
Profiles are de-identified and combined where they’re shared, and each person owns their own profile.
