Is the free tier actually free? What's the catch?

Genuinely free. No credit card, no trial period, no automatic billing. You'll get your AI Snapshot and self-view without paying anything in the new release. We're PLG: we believe the product earns the upgrade, not a paywall.

When would I need to upgrade to Individual?

When you want the real picture. The free tier gives you an AI-generated picture: fast and useful, but built from what's already public about you. The Individual tier is where you ask the people you work with for feedback and get genuinely candid perspectives. That's where the honest picture comes from.

Will my manager or employer see my profile?

No. Your profile belongs to you: not your employer, not your manager, not HR. You decide what to share and with whom. Responses are always de-identified and aggregated before you see them.

How is the Team plan different from individuals buying Individual plans?

The Team plan gives you aggregate insights across your whole leadership group, so a people leader or L&D manager can see patterns, not just individual profiles. It also includes a dedicated onboarding session and manager-level reporting. Individual plans are for personal growth. Team plans are for building better leadership culture.

Can I cancel or change plans at any time?

Yes. No lock-in, no penalty for changing tiers. On the Individual monthly plan you can cancel any time. Annual plans are billed upfront but we'll talk to you if your circumstances change.

What if the feedback is hard to hear?

SeenCulture is built around growth framing, not deficit framing. Every insight lands as an opportunity, not a verdict. And because your profile belongs to you and nothing is shared without your say, you can sit with what you see at your own pace.

What happens to my data if I stop using SeenCulture?

Your profile belongs to you. If you leave, you can export your Snapshot first, then delete your account: we permanently remove your profile and feedback data within 30 days. Nothing is retained, shared, or sold. Email hello@seenculture.com any time to start the process.
